Living Building Challenge

Join us this month to learn more about the Living Building Challenge! As a philosophy, advocacy platform and certification program the Living Building Challenge addresses development at all scales with an underlying principle that all projects should use nature as its measuring stick for performance.

The Living Building Challenge defines priorities on both a technical level and as a set of core values to engage the broader building industry into a conversation about how to solve the problems of our built environment rather than shift them. The Challenge works to create awareness, tackle critical environmental, social and economical problems. It encourages teams to embrace solutions on a regional level, and to understand and work with the climate and culture they are building in.

The presenter:

Wes Tator

Wes Tator, LEED AP, is an Ambassador of the Living Building Challenge and past Board member of the NHGBC. He currently practices commercial real estate at NH Real Estate in Somersworth, NH.
